NEX is also the local provider of the Rural Financial Counselling Service (RFCS) Program in south-eastern Victoria. This Australian Government program offers free financial counselling to farmers, fishers, forest growers and harvesters, as well as small, rural-related enterprise owners experiencing or at risk of financial hardship. Services provided under the RFCS program are free of charge for eligible clients.
