The St Vincent de Paul Society is an international organisation who seek personal and spiritual growth through serving people in need. The Society arrived in Australia in March 1854 and, each year, has continued to provide practical assistance and support to thousands people in need.
The Society aspires to be recognised as a caring Catholic charity offering “a hand up” to people in need. St Vincent De Paul's do this by respecting dignity, sharing hope, and encouraging people to take control of their own destiny.
The St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria and its network of members and volunteers provide practical frontline support, advocacy and friendship for the most vulnerable members of our community.

Home visitation involves being a supportive listener and may also include providing food or food vouchers, clothing, furniture, budget support, assistance with utility bills or back to school costs, information and advocacy.
For food assistance, pop into the Vinnie's shop Tuesdays and Thursdays between 1pm and 3pm.
